Recuperating from FWA, but it was a great time! Only bummer is I didn't get to spend as much time with friends as I was working in the Artist Alley basically the whole time.

I still maintain that I didn't think their line queuing stuff was a bad idea, just really hastily implemented to the point where things didn't work (predictably) and the poor staff had such a small heads up that it contributed to the chaos.

All of the big events were easy to get into if you weren't waiting to get in first, which I get why everyone does want to get into everything so early, but it's not really an easy problem to manage.
